It seems that Honeywell changed something in the procedure since they use the “Resideo” brandname, which renders the honeywell module unusable. Is it possible to tackle this?
Or does anyone else have a solution?

Hi, I only use the Honywell water leak detector; I sponsored that integration. It is therefore possible that the TR6 is not working. My detectors are still online and are still sending data to IPS. Integrating the TR6 probably isn’t a difficult task, but you might need to ask someone in the community or at Syncom to do it.
Thank you for your response. I believe that if you would reinstall the module, there will be an error if you want to connect symcon to the Honeywell cloud. It seems not related tot my device, when you look at the error code. The cloud connection code does not seem to work anymore, I read on other forums from other domotica platforms they had to fix this as well.
Better not try to reinstall in your case, or else the water leaks detectors might not work anymore.
But, if it does work, it would really be great if someone is able to integrate the T6R. It is one of the most used smart thermostats for heatpumps in The Netherlands.
Hi, you can ask IPS or the Community for help. I have done so before. The cost of integration is not very high, if you compare that to the price of the heat pump. There are people here that can help on a freelancer basis if IPS is too busy to Programm individual solutions.
