Can someone please tell me how I get reactivated server after authentication token has changed. I do not get notification and play.

You only need to do that, if you changed your server hardware.
Though you can find this option unter „Logical treeview“ -> „Core instances“ -> „Notification Control“ -> „Reactivate server“
