We observed that the tiles size and position changes on visualization device (ipad, android tablet etc) sometimes without any reason
is there anyway to lock this? or to define and set it from management console?
Does the display of the shown tiles change? Especially relevant would be the name or the instance display (e.g., light or thermostat). If these change, it could affect the positioning and sizing. But otherwise, it should remain constant if you don’t change any settings.
Does it happen often? If you could catch it on video, I could probably understand the situation a lot better.

Yes the display tile size and position change without the change in the name….This happens when no changes have been made to instances. Is it possible to lock tiles sizes and position in the console?
This doesn’t sound like the intended behavior… There’s no „lock“ option as there shouldn’t be any updates without an according parameter update. If you could create a short video showing the issue, this would significantly help with understanding the exact constellation.
