I would like to get a lighting scene control using output of:
LCN-R8H Relais module (8x independent relais blocks in one unit )
and
HomeMatic Wired RS485 I/O module with 12 inputs and 7 switching outputs

It is possible using IPS programming, where for example:
to set a lighting scene with the push of one button by controlling all of the output from L CN-R8H and HomeMatic Wired RS485?

Sure. Just hook up both system in IP-Symcon an create a skript that will call the needed functions. You should be up an running within minutes.
