Accessing a SEB remotely across different networks

I want to set up a Smart Energy Box (SymBox) at location A and access or manage it remotely from location B.
Both locations are on completely different networks, each with its own internet connection and firewall.

I need to:

• Configure or access the SymBox remotely (web interface / console)

My question:
Would Symcon Connect be reliable and secure enough for this use case, or what would be the best soloution to do here ?

Yes, it is completely encrypted and should be the easiest route for your requirements. Otherwise VPN would be my second choice.
