1-Wire Problem mit Datenempfang, Port zu/auf hilft

Hallo zusammen,

ich betreibe seit Jahren eine 1-Wire Bus zur Temperatur Messung meiner Heizung, sind ca. 20 Sensoren.
Als Adapter setze ich einen LinkUSB an meinem Raspberry ein.

Seit einigen Wochen habe ich allerdings immer wieder das Problem das keine Daten mehr empfangen werden.
Da ich die Variablen auf kontrolliere, werde ich relativ zeitnah über das Problem informiert. Bisher behelfe ich mir damit, dass ich den Serial Port kurz schließe und wieder öffne. Danach funktioniert es wieder bis zum nächsten Ausfall. Der kann Tage, manchmal aber auch nur einige Stunden später kommen.

Wie kann ich hier feststellen woran das liegt und was kann ich dagegen tun?

Wäre super wenn mir jemand helfen könnte. Denn es ist etwas nervig, auch wenn die Funktion als solches dadurch (zumindest bisher) nicht eingeschränkt ist.

Für die Kontrolle nutzt Du wahrscheinlich ein Skript. Baue doch in dieses Skript ein, dass es den seriellen Port schließt und wieder öffnet. Löst zwar nicht die Ursache, wäre aber ggf. ein Workaround.

Ich habe bei mir alles auf 1-Wire Controller von ESERA umgestellt. Seitdem habe ich überhaupt keinen Stress mehr.

gibt es denn irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen, wenn der Fehler auftritt? Hast du mal im Logfile geschaut, ob es kurz vor/zum Problem eine Fehlermeldung gibt, die unser Modul ggf. übersieht?

Kannst du auf dem Pi mal mit dmesg schauen, ob es evtl. vom Kernel Infos gibt, warum der Serielle Port verschwindet?

Das mache ich in der Tat bereits, da es auch Nachts zu diesem Ausfall kommt, wäre manuell nicht tragbar.

Ok alles klar. Nur habe ich das bei mir seit Ewigkeiten am laufen, es gab nie Probleme. Einfach auf Verdacht den Controller tauschen möchte ich ungern.

Mhhh dazu hatte ich nicht viel gefunden bisher. Es hieß nur keine Antwort mehr von Sensor XY.

Jop. Das hier klingt sehr nach kaputt. Und die Ursache warum IP-Symcon die Verbindung verliert. Such mal ein wenig im Internet ob es dafür Erklärungen gibt oder vielleicht ein Linux Update helfen kann. Und prüf natürlich gerne ob deine Ausfälle mit der Meldung korellieren.

PS: paresy mag kein USB. Deswegen hat die SymBox auch kein USB. USB geht irgendwie immer mal kaputt und man wird nicht schlau daraus :smiley:

Danke paresy, das ist dann nicht schön. Keine Ahnung wie es dazu kam. Ich glaube das ist zeitlich in etwa mit meiner APC USV gekommen, die ja auch per USB am Raspberry hängt.

Ja ich weiß das USB da der Teufel ist. Bisher waren mir die LAN Gateways leider zu teuer und es hat ja auch bis vor ein paar Wochen alles funktioniert :cry:

Ah, das ist aber schon ein guter Indikator. Es kann dann gerne sein, dass die sich in die Quere kommen oder der eine Port zu viel Strom zieht und dann es dann einen Ausfall gibt. Da hilft nur ein wenig ausprobieren. Aber immerhin hast du eine Fehlermeldung womit du arbeiten kannst.

Ich nicht. Hab insgesamt 3 unterschiedliche Controller übers Haus verteilt. Funktionieren alle ohne Probleme.
