Seit Version 6.1 vermeht Dumps in der SymBox

Hallo,

mit dem Update der Symbox auf 6.1 „friert“ meine Symbox sehr oft ein bzw. „stürzt ab“. Nur ein Neustart in der Symbox Console ermöglicht danach ein Zugang wieder. Leider kann ich nicht erkennen woran das liegt. In den Logs der Symbox sehe ich nur diese Dump Einträge … kann aber nichts damit anfang

Zur Vorgängerversion hat sich nichts verändert - außer, dass ich das Alexa Modul eingerichtet habe mit dem Schalten von 2 Lampen.

Magst du mir mal deine Lizenz E-Mailadresse per PM zusenden? Normalerweise versucht die SymBox Crash-Logs zu versenden, damit wir Fehlern schnell auf die Spur kommen - ich würde dann mal schauen, ob ich Details finden kann.

ich habe deine Mail mal entfernt, da die ja öffentlich im Forum angezeigt wird.

Leider bekomme ich keine Crash-Logs von deiner SymBox. Hängt die evtl. vor einer Firewall, sodass nicht alles durchgelassen wird?

Falls ja, müssten wir den manuellen Weg gehen: Debugging für Experten (Raspberry Pi, Linux, SymBox)

da ich leider keine Crash-Report von deiner SymBox bekomme, müsstest du den manuellen Weg gehen und dies hier aktivieren: Debugging für Experten (Raspberry Pi, Linux, SymBox) Damit können wir dann beim nächsten Crash sehen was die Ursache ist.

Magst du ansonsten einmal prüfen, welcher Wert bei dir hier steht und ab der nach ein paar Stunden immer weniger wird?

Ich befürchte eher, dass das Problem verhindert, dass diese gesendet werden können. Magst du dich mal per SSH einloggen und dmesg eingeben? Und dort dann die letzten 20 Zeilen kopieren.

Ok - dann ist es bei dir definitiv nicht das Speicherleck Problem, welches in dem anderen Betrachtet wird. Wir müssen somit, wie oben vorgeschlagen, den Weg über gdb gehen. Magst du das entsprechend einrichten? Alternativ könntest du mir auch eine Portweiterleitung auf SSH zu deiner SymBox schicken und das SymOS Kennwort beilegen (am besten an support@symcon.de) - dann kann ich das auch für dich übernehmen.
